กริยาวลี (Phrasal Verbs) คือ วลีที่ประกอบด้วยคำกริยาและคำอื่น ซึ่งเมื่อรวมกันแล้วจะให้ความหมายที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิม
วันนี้เราจะมาเรียนรู้กริยาวลีที่ถูกใช้บ่อยเกี่ยวกับโทรศัพท์และเวลาคุยโทรศัพท์กัน

| Call back | โทรกลับ | Would you call back tomorrow? |
| Pick up | รับสาย | Pick up the phone!. |
| Put through | ต่อสาย | Please wait a minute, I’ll put through Mr. Potter. |
| Speak up | พูดเสียงดังขึ้น | I can’t hear you. Could you speak up a bit, please? |
| Break up | สายหลุด | Phone is breaking up while talking. |
| Hold on | รอสาย | Hold on a second. |
